Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Track$mart mobile application ("the App") operated by Automation & Development ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Track$mart is a personal budgeting and expense tracking application. The App allows you to manually enter and manage transactions, accounts, budgets, savings goals, and categories. The App is designed to help you organize your personal finances.
Important: Track$mart is a budgeting tool, not a financial advisor. The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
Track$mart offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock premium features ("Track$mart Pro"):

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Actual pricing is displayed in the App and confirmed by Apple at the time of purchase.
Both subscription plans include a 1-week free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process payments or refunds directly.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Automation & Development and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial calculations will be free from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Automation & Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses arising from:
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
